2. Select products and add to shopping cart
3. Enter name, e-mail, and address
4. Pay securely online

In less than 30 minutes, we'll be at your doorstep with the medications you ordered.

Cash? We live in 2022! Pay for your order securely and conveniently via PayPal, Apple Pay (iOS), Google Play (Android), or with your credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or American
Express).

Our partner pharmacies will be happy to advise you on medical and content-related questions.
You can find their contact details in our app under "Account" > "My pharmacy." For all other
questions, please get in touch with us directly via the chat in our app.

We treat your data as if it were our own. Your data is processed with great care and high security within the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) framework.

Once you've clicked "Order Now," a CURE rider will immediately head to one of our partner pharmacies to pick up your order. A few minutes later, they will be at your door to hand over
your medication.

CURE also delivers non-prescription and over-the-counter products directly to your door.
However, if you want to order prescription drugs, you will always need a prescription. As
soon as the e-prescription has been introduced, this can also be done easily, quickly, and
securely via our app.

OUR RIDERS DELIVER all CURE orders are delivered directly to you by our riders on
environmentally friendly e-bikes because your health and the health of our environment are
close to our hearts.

Of course. We will send you an official invoice to the e-mail address you specified when
placing the order for each of your orders.

We deliver 365 days a year - that also means on Sundays and holidays, when most
pharmacies are closed. Our delivery times are between 10 am and 10 pm. All orders that
reach us outside this time are delivered as quickly as possible the following day.

We always give our all to ensure that all orders are complete and correct. Nevertheless, it can
happen that something does not go as it should. In this exceptional case, feel free to contact
us directly via the chat in our app. We will find a quick solution.

Currently, we only supply over-the-counter products. The good news is that as soon as the
electronic prescription is introduced in Germany, we will also provide prescription drugs.
In the future, you can order a digital prescription and have the medication delivered directly
to your home in less than 30 minutes.
